Questions, answered
Quick answers before you book. Anything else, bring to your call.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?
No. Many clients are diagnosed; others suspect ADHD or are still exploring. I don't diagnose, so for an assessment, see a qualified clinician.
Is ADHD coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is practical and focused on your goals and daily strategies. It works well alongside therapy or medication, but doesn't replace medical or mental health care.
How do sessions work?
Private 1:1 video calls on Google Meet, from wherever you are. I'm based in Toronto and work with clients anywhere.
How often do we meet?
Most clients meet regularly over a few months. We'll set the right rhythm on your discovery call.
What does coaching cost?
Fees depend on the format. Coaching starts with a minimum of three sessions, paid before the first full session. We'll go over options on your call.
Can my employer pay for coaching?
Often, yes, through a professional development or wellbeing budget. I'm happy to provide documentation.
Can I use my benefits or a spending account?
Possibly. Some Canadian lifestyle or wellness spending accounts cover coaching, as do some US HSA and FSA plans with a Letter of Medical Necessity. Check with your provider first.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes, even if your employer pays. The only exceptions involve safety or legal requirements, which we'll discuss first.
What happens on the discovery call?
A relaxed 30-minute chat about your work and what feels hard right now. We'll see if coaching is a good fit, with no obligation.
